I have been on a spiritual journey my whole life, I think we all are, but for me it has always been the center of my life. I grew up reading Buddhist and meditation books and any other books that would speak of higher wisdom and lead me inward. I didn’t grow up in a religious family but I went to a catholic school in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When I became a teenager I replaced my solo Monday journey to church for sitting in silence by the river, sometimes with my guitar.

In 2001, just days after turning 21, I took a 4 month journey to India. I went with a big yearning to find a teacher who would teach me the path of enlightenment, the path of yoga, of meditation. I would soon realize that it wouldn’t be that easy to find and my journey would take me to many teachers, many places, different teacher trainings, Vipassana Meditation, a ton of books, audio books, courses, online courses, shamanic journeys, medicine plants, Ayurveda teachings, and finally a Yoga Teacher that I truly respect and I can call my teacher. I met Yogarupa Rod Stryker in 2010 and was initiated in the Sri Vidya tradition in 2011.

I have been passionately teaching yoga since 2002. My classes can be very methodical, Para Yoga inspired, but they can also be a fusion of the many different styles I have studied and practiced; such as Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kundalini, and so on…

In Los Angles you can find me teaching, mainly private lessons, some groups and at festivals, DJing, writing music or playing acoustic shows.

Yoga for me is a life style and a guiding force in my life. This wholesome practice keeps me grounded, connected, introspective, contemplative, powerful, strong, awake, healthy and everything else in between. 🙂 It guides me back home when I’m distracted or confused, it calms me, it allows me to observe myself and my journey, it gives me space to remember where I am going and what is the underlying purpose of my actions behind it all, it reminds me that we are all connected and every action has an impact and a ripple effect in the web of life. I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing with you some of the many teachings I have gathered along the way. May we all live a life full of growth and inspiration.
